Because of the very random nature of supply and freight prices, we ask you to let us provide you with a quotation for supply including freight and Insurance of all our products.

Unless otherwise advised at time of completing an order(s) all products/services/freight costs and any other costs associated with the transaction shall be priced in New Zealand dollars
Payment can be made to the company for goods/services/freight or any other associated costs by way of telegraphic transfer to our bank (details will be provided upon request at time of transaction) or by a bank cheque made out in the NZ$ (New Zealand Dollars) or by way of either 'VISA' or 'Master Card' transactions. Goods will be delivered upon receipt of full payment for the goods/services/freight or other costs associated with the transaction unless other unique/special arrangements have been negotiated and confirmed in writing from the company

Returns policy

You have 60 days from the date of receipt to return your merchandise in new and unused/unsoiled condition for a refund or an exchange. Please note shipping and handling are non-refundable.

This agreement will terminate immediately without notice from Hydroponic Developments Ltd if in Hydroponic Developments Ltd sole discretion you fail to agree and comply with the terms herein stated.
